Where are all the activities based?

We are based in Llangollen, North Wales about an hour from Manchester and Liverpool on the border of Wales and England. All the activities are in the surrounding area and no activity is more than 40 minutes drive away.

Where can I stay?

Llangollen has an abundance of great places to stay ranging from 4 star hotels to good quality bed and breakfasts. We have deals with some place so ask us first we will be happy to help. Click here to find accommodation

Are we insured on activities?

At Safe and Sound we have Public Liability Insurance for all the activities we offer but if you wish to take extra insurance to cover yourself whilst on activities feel free to do so. Click here to find out more about our safety policy

Are all the staff qualified?

All our staff are hired on a freelance basis and as such are hired for their particular skills. We operate a stringent policy of checking people's qualifications and references. We also operate an extensive staff training programme for all our staff. All our staff are CRB checked to work with young people.

Can you cater for disabled people?

Yes, all our staff are fully qualified to deal with disabled people and have lots of experience in doing so. All our sites are risk assessed for specific risks and we can also arrange for specific accommodation.
